📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with dealers and customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Leverage Hyundai’s product portfolio to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
