📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging science lessons in both English and Indonesian, tailored to the needs of students in Jakarta Raya.
• Create and implement lesson plans that incorporate interactive and hands-on activities to enhance student learning.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver science curricula that meet national and international standards.
• Utilize educational technology and tools such as Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Quizlet to create an interactive learning environment.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to promote a love for science and foster a sense of community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in science education through continuous professional development.
• Promote a diverse and inclusive classroom environment that values and respects all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a bilingual setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum 2013) and international science standards.
• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to teach in both languages.
• Experience with educational technology and tools such as Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Quizlet.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
