Australian Student Visa Counsellor - Remote from Bali (Hybrid Option)

In this role, you will work closely with students to understand their needs and provide expert advice on visa requirements, application processes, and documentation. You will also stay updated on the latest visa policies and regulations to ensure our clients receive accurate and timely information. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home in Bali while maintaining a strong connection with our office in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on Australian student visa requirements and application processes
• Assist students in preparing and submitting visa applications, including gathering necessary documents and completing forms accurately
• Stay updated on the latest visa policies and regulations to ensure clients receive accurate and timely information
• Conduct interviews and consultations with students to understand their needs and provide personalized advice
• Coordinate with immigration officers and other relevant authorities to expedite visa processing
• Maintain accurate records of client information and visa application status
• Offer ongoing support to students throughout the visa application process, including addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for new team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in education, international relations, or a similar discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in student visa counseling or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Australian student visa policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide clear, concise advice
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, visa application systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
