As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and receiving/ shipping activities.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work with the procurement team to ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that orders are placed in a timely manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics and warehousing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
