📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure they are on track to achieve their learning goals.,Identify at-risk students and implement retention strategies to help them stay engaged and motivated.,Conduct regular check-ins with students to understand their needs and address any concerns.,Collaborate with teachers and course coordinators to develop and implement retention initiatives.,Analyze student data to identify trends and areas for improvement in course delivery and student support.,Coordinate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and ensure student success.,Organize and facilitate student support groups or workshops to enhance learning and retention.,Stay updated with best practices in student retention and incorporate them into our programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student retention or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English both written and spoken.,Knowledge of educational technology and data analysis tools is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian education system and culture is a plus.,Valid SIM (Student Immigration) or work permit for Indonesia.
