📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control to minimize losses and maximize sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
