We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at our premium coffee chain in Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of baristas, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of baristas, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of coffee and food items, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies are available.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including opening and closing procedures.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date on company policies and procedures.,Promote and uphold the company's values and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the coffee or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, as well as food preparation techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.,Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
