In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier relationships, procurement strategy, and export-import management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.,Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Manage export-import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.,Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with other business functions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on export-import processes.,Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.,Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
