📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Control inventory and procurement to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to increase profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Represent the restaurant at events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
