Urban Net Unggul is seeking a talented and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions and specifications.,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintaining a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
