📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
