📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of medical equipment projects from initiation to completion.,Manage a team of technical experts, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.,Develop and implement technical business development strategies to grow the company's market share.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, technical sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing medical equipment projects.,Strong understanding of the medical equipment industry, including regulations, standards, and trends.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
