📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control.,Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
