📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Develop and implement strategies that will help the company achieve its goals and objectives.

Work closely with the management team to ensure that all operational needs are met.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the company's operations, identifying areas for improvement.

Ensure that the company's operations are cost-effective and profitable.

Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in operations management.

Ability to lead and manage a team of operational staff.
