📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including logistics, fleet management, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Conduct regular operational reviews and audits to assess performance and ensure adherence to standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operational processes.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
