📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of tax officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies and policies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation, filing, and payment of all tax returns and related documents.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of tax processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Provide strategic advice on tax matters to senior management and other departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company remains compliant.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
  • Represent the company in tax-related negotiations and disputes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a proven track record in leading tax teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using tax software and other relevant technological tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
