QUILL Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Store Operator to join our team in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking of inventory.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Prepare and maintain accurate sales and financial reports.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or store operations role.,Proven track record of success in managing store operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Knowledge of retail sales and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent required.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
