Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff,Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage and maintain operational records and reports,Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other operational software,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
