📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of patient care.,Develop and implement nursing plans to improve patient outcomes and overall healthcare quality.,Monitor and evaluate patient care to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in emergency response and disaster preparedness activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.,Certification in advanced nursing practices or specialized areas is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
