📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve company goals.,Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team effectively.,Experience with inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
