In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Support the general affairs department in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.,Assist in organizing and managing office events, meetings, and other administrative tasks.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all administrative and operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports and presentations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or general affairs role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management principles.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
