📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels.,Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.,Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain open communication throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
