As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes.,Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
