In this dynamic role, you will oversee the entire event lifecycle—from crafting compelling proposals and managing budgets to executing flawless events at our premier locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As an Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that every event we host meets the highest standards of quality and excellence. You will work closely with our team of event planners, vendors, and clients to bring their visions to life. With your leadership, we will create events that leave a lasting impression on our guests and partners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and present compelling event proposals, including detailed budgets and timelines.
• Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and follow-up.
• Manage and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best possible service and pricing.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
• Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on event progress and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and supervision, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for event planning.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
