📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, including Shopify, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve our online sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage our inventory to ensure we have the right products in stock at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our online operations.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team to support data-driven decision making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on the beauty and mom and baby industry.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving online performance.
• Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
