Desk Collector

As a Desk Collector, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers with overdue payments. You'll use our in-house CRM system and call center tools to track and resolve delinquencies efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track overdue accounts using our proprietary CRM system and call center tools.
• Contact customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve delinquencies professionally.
• Update account statuses and follow up on collections activities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
• Assist in training new collectors on company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or related fields.
• Proven track record in debt collection and customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of Indonesian banking and financial regulations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Professional certification in collections (preferred but not required).
