New Hub Dinamis is looking for a dedicated Deputy Receptionist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our guests and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct inquiries about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions.,Check-in and check-out guests, and process payments.,Maintain guest records and ensure accurate documentation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
