📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Maintain accurate records of food usage and waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
