📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain detailed cost reports and financial statements for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that cost targets are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera to support project planning and cost management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction and MEP cost management.
• Provide support to the Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or MEP industry.
• Proven experience with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
