📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts.
  • Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or management field.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Indonesian citizenship or work permit.
