📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Lead and motivate a team of delivery drivers and crew members to achieve individual and collective goals.,Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.,Implement and enforce Domino's policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with regional managers to implement training programs and initiatives.,Monitor and report key performance indicators to ensure adherence to company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the food service industry, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of inventory management, scheduling, and basic accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,High school diploma or equivalent required.
